Brown & Brown is seeking a Technology Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Daytona Beach, FL!

The Technology Relationship Manager role is pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with senior leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and cultivating strong professional relationships, navigating complex and decentralized organizational structures, and delivering on commitments on time and within budget.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.


  • Navigate complex organizational structures to earn trust and influence without management authority.


  • Align technology roadmaps with business strategic objectives and secure consensus and buy-in from stakeholders.


  • Develop strategic plans and budgets and provide focused and meaningful updates to stakeholders and leadership.


  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate effectively to stakeholders and leadership.


  • Drive the achievement of financial objectives and contribute to overall business success.


  • Package, position, sell, and deliver Digital Growth & Transformation solutions to clients.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize engagement narratives.


  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for IT initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.


  • Broad understanding of the technology landscape, including Azure cloud solutions, SDLC, solutions architecture, systems development and integration, third party systems evaluation, etc.


Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

  • 10+ years of experience in large enterprise sales and complex environments.


  • 10+ years of experience in business development, partner development, or alliances management.


  • Proven experience in developing budgets, roadmaps, and program/project plans.


  • Experience in building initiatives with a partner ecosystem and innovation programs.


  • Insurance industry experience is required, strong experience in the Finance field is preferred.


  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use investigative insight and thoughtful structures.


  • Experience in escalating and presenting key issues and recommendations to executive leadership.


  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in negotiating complex agreements.


  • Positive team player with a solution-oriented mindset.


  • Highly effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality results and maintaining high standards.


  • Strategic thinker passionate about driving results and building relationships.


  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


  • Experience in developing a culture of high quality and high standards.


  • Ability to lead without authority and rally teammates around agreed goals.
