The Technology Solutions Manager plays a critical across a wide range of complex initiatives, leading scoping discussions, tech feasibility determination, technical visioning and setting the overall technical delivery strategy. The Technology Solutions Manager partners with the business to drive prioritization and solution delivery approach within business processes, and across technology groups to ensure design and delivery of a complete and concise solution that addresses the business need.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Management
  • Manages inception activities, including breakdown of business requirements and technical scope definition.
  • Partners with Senior level resources to define technology strategy approach for business process initiatives and to provide recommendations on scope delivery planning.
  • Serves as technical owner (accountable IT representative) and is responsible for technical stewardship of the full range of business deployment initiatives.
  • Supports the delivery of technology solutions within business processes by providing leadership in analysis, design, and project and product management.
  • Supports issue triage on escalation resolution for technical solution issues.
  • Solution Ownership & Design. Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement. Act as the bridge between business, product, and engineering teams to define requirements, scope, and success metrics.
  • Executive Communication & Presentations. Prepare and deliver high-impact executive presentations, solution demos, and strategic updates using PowerPoint and other tools. Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Project & Delivery Oversight. Ensure solutions are implemented on time, within budget, and meet quality standards; support agile ceremonies as needed.

Strategy
  • Partners with the business and technical teams to drive strategy, prioritization, approach, and goals of initiative.
  • Prepares high level solution design presentations for business and org leadership review.
  • Serve as a SME of existing functionality for a channel.
  • Documentation & Communication. Develop clear solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and knowledge-sharing assets to support delivery and support teams.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance platforms, tools, and processes.
  • Performs day-to-day management of business stakeholder relationships on cross domain initiatives.
  • Provides leadership in evolving design and orchestrates solutions across domain teams.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and synthesizes information, applying critical thought to present the information in a clear and meaningful way.
  • Works independently as well as collaboratively.


Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or other technical discipline (Required)
  • 4+ years Related working experience. (Required)


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Analytics (Required)
  • Communication Communicates technical and functional solutions effectively and efficiently. (Required)
  • Risk & Impact Analysis. Proactively identify potential risks, integration challenges, and data dependencies-and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Cloud Architecture & Azure Expertise. Design and support cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, Azure DevOps, API Management, etc). Ensure best practices for cloud security, scalability, and cost optimization.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries and experience with data warehousing solutions.
  • AI & Automation Integration. Identify and incorporate AI/ML solutions (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI, machine learning models) to drive automation, data insights, and innovation. Collaborate with data science and engineering teams on AI-driven use cases.

Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $171,900

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
