Telecom Construction Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Telecom Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role involves managing direct reporting staff, matrix staff, vendors, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Management: Enforce the company's safety program, review daily job site safety plans, and halt work if unsafe practices or conditions are identified.
• Project Oversight: Conduct on-site analysis of ongoing construction projects, seeking advice from higher-level construction managers or project managers when necessary.
• Client Coordination: Work closely with the client's engineering team and leverage the company's engineering and management team for decision-making.
• Quality Control: Implement and oversee the quality program for both the company's work and that of subcontractors, ensuring all work meets customer specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-7 years of industry experience in construction management.
• License: Valid driver's license.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Education: An engineering or technical degree is preferred.

Pay Rate:

• $45/hr.

Shift and Hours:

• Monday- Friday
• 8 AM- 5 PM
