Telecommunications Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-Level Telecom Associate to join a prominent law firm in Washington, D.C.
Job Summary: The firm is looking for a mid-level associate to join its Telecommunications group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications regulatory issues, including experience with the Communications Act and FCC processes.

Education and Bar Admission:

• JD required
• Admitted to practice in Washington, D.C.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of telecommunications experience
• Prior law firm or FCC experience preferred

• Expertise in telecommunications regulatory issues, particularly under the Communications Act and related regulations

Compensation: The expected hiring range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. The firm also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
