We are looking for a Telehealth Occupational Therapist who is licensed in the practicing state to provide support for our Oregon facilities as needed. Primarily supporting our Medford location.
Schedule: Full-time
Work Location: Remote
Pay: $45/HR - $55/HR (Salaried) (DOE)
Summary:
The Occupational Therapist evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician. Treats residents to the physician's treatment plan. Participates in discharge planning, records evaluation, treatment, and charges. Screens residents for potential benefit from OT intervention.

Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.
- Hold licensure as outlined by the Board of Physical Therapy in the employment state.
