Job Title: RN - Telephone Triage

Job Specialty: Critical Need

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 8 hours, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM, Thursday to Monday

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

License: Oregon and WA RN license or compact license required (must be active at time of hire)

Must-Have: Must reside in Oregon or WA during the contract; must pick up equipment

Job Description:
- Remote position with all trainings conducted remotely
- Provide professional nursing support and comprehensive telephone triage services
- Assess the urgency of health concerns using established protocols
- Deliver health education and provide targeted advice to callers
- Document all interactions accurately in the electronic medical record
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers when necessary
