Shift: 8 hours, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM, Thursday-Monday

Must-Have:
- Must reside in Oregon or Washington during the contract period
- Ability to pick up equipment locally

Job Description:
- Provide remote telephone triage services to patients
- Conduct all training remotely
- Ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism
