Job Description:

- Serve as a critical team member in the operating room assisting in surgical procedures.
- Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, registered nurses, and other surgical staff.
- Maintain a sterile environment to ensure patient safety.
- Provide technical assistance by handling instruments, controlling bleeding, and closing wounds.
- Monitor patient vitals and assist with preparation and positioning.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and flow of the operating room.
- Adhere to the safety and compliance standards required in surgical settings.
- Demonstrate knowledge of surgical procedures and the ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
