License: Illinois Occupational Therapy License required
Certifications: Basic Life Support (AHA) required

Job Description:
- Plan and execute rehabilitation programs to help patients improve, regain, and develop skills needed for daily life and work.
- Utilize therapeutic activities, neuromuscular re-education, splint fabrication and issuance, and adaptive equipment recommendations.
- Incorporate therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and physical modalities in treatment plans.
- Develop custom programs aimed at improving activities of daily living.
- Demonstrate effective communication and strong interpersonal skills to motivate patients and provide compassionate care.
Work history and skills checklist relevant to the specialty are required. Please include two supervisory references with dates of employment. Note: Candidates located within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible.
No on-call duties or weekend shifts required.
