Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Specialty: Clinic/Triage, Family Medicine
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 3 years of current Family Medicine/Clinic experience required
License: Valid nursing license
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
Must-Have: Clinical office experience, phone triage experience, EPIC EMR experience (highly preferred), previous travel experience preferred, must have own vehicle
Job Description:
- Assess, plan, organize, provide, and evaluate nursing care utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking in an outpatient clinical environment.
- COVID vaccination preferred for this facility.
- Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified upon application.
- Only up to 5 days of requested time off will be accepted, with less being preferable.
- Those residing within 0-20 miles of the facility are encouraged to apply for a permanent position.
- Applicants living within 21-75 miles of the facility will be presented at a reduced rate per hour.
- To avoid delays in processing, please include the traveler's permanent address with the profile.
- The facility provides non-billable orientation.
- Holiday multipliers are applicable.
- Charge, Call, and Call-back are not applicable for this role.
