Job Description
Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Specialty: Rehabilitation
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week
Experience: 2 years of occupational therapy experience preferred; LTC or rehab experience required
License: Missouri State License required
Certifications: CPR
Must-Have: Must be willing to float to different facilities if needed

Job Description:

- Maintain timely and accurate patient records and reports.
- Supervise Assistant / Aide staff as guided by the governing board.
- Design and fabricate splints as specified by doctors' prescriptions.
- Develop and administer treatment programs to increase patients' levels of functioning.
- Utilize therapeutic exercises and activities to improve or maintain strength, range of motion, and fine-motor coordination.
- Work weekends as needed.
