The Executive Producer is a leadership level position that is responsible for managing scoping and project collaboration between post production and agency accounts. Takes ownership in building artist teams and creative solutions to project scopes, working closely with agency leads and Omnicom Studios EP counterparts for project estimating. Organizes timelines against active and future projects, while scheduling and managing artists resources to each scope.
Freelance Salary Range: $75-90/hr
This role is hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote
Location: Long Beach, CA (Los Angeles location on certain days available)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage post production studio services across creative origination and localization production
- Work with agency accounts and OS EPs to identify and resource incoming projects
- Build and resource post artist teams around upcoming and active projects
- Lead production pipeline between editorial, motion design and finishing (color, sound, VFX)
- Work with Agency Producer and Creative Directors to identify specific artist requests on projects
- Support new project conversations for post production scoping, estimating and scheduling with agency team members.
- Collaborate with OS EPs to share project work across teams
- Support training for new post artists and provide solutions to their project needs.
- Review and advise on key project creative throughout lifetime of production
- Actively participate in sourcing new artist freelance talent and work with Human Resources and Resource Managers to identify candidates for future work.
- Create forecasts to future scaling or down periods for post production team
- Provide solutions to localization production related issues across projects
- Manage external vendor relationships for project collaboration where needed
- Work with team leaders on ensuring their groups success and stability through changing company landscape
- Work with offshore teams and oversees workflows between onshore and offshore groups
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years in a post production environment, with 2+ Years in a Managerial role
- Excellent time management skills and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and progressively to find creative solutions for any problem.
- Maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Organized and works well under tight and changing deadlines.
- Has managed more than 10 team members.
- Efficient problem solver in a studio environment
