The Building People, LLC has an open position open for an Asset Management Lead The selected candidate will lead a team of Property Management and Asset Specialists who will manage, coordinate, and execute various asset management functions in accordance with local policies and procedures.

The Building People, LLC has an open position open for an Asset Management Lead The selected candidate will lead a team of Property Management and Asset Specialists who will manage, coordinate, and execute various asset management functions in accordance with local policies and procedures.
- Oversee daily operations of inventory processes.
- Ability to effectively manage a team of (4) Inventory Management Specialists and oversee their performance. Work with PBM and ISTS to ensure sufficient project resources.
- Conduct quality control checks on data entry.
- Continuously assess inventory processes and reassign workloads as needed. Informs PBM of challenges and delays as necessary.
- Conduct system outreach to all Headquarters employees to verify their assigned assets.
- Manage four (4) Inventory Management Specialists
Required Experience
- Ability to supervise, motivate and organize staff.
- Three (3) years' experience supervising inventory or property management specialists. Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills.
- Three (3) years' experience with managing large spreadsheets and databases in Microsoft Excel and Access. Ability to pass a security background investigation
- Familiarity with ServiceNow preferred.
- Ability to pass a security background investigation.
