Territory Manager- Nationwide

Job Description

• RhythMedix is looking to add direct sales representatives in several major markets throughout the country.
• RhythMedix offers the healthcare community leading-edge diagnostics which are supported by outstanding service, support, and patient care. Our Cardiac Monitoring solutions use cellular networks to send real-time medical data to a central monitoring center.
• RhythMedix is launching the industry's first multi-modality wearable monitor that includes built-in cellular technology for real-time patient monitoring. We are looking to add direct sales representatives in several major markets throughout the country.

Products

• RhythmStar - a mobile cardiac monitoring system is the industry's first cloud-based, all-in-one patient monitoring solution which features a single-component, multi-modality monitor.

Minimum Requirements

• A proven track record of success with a minimum of 3 years of Sales experience within the Remote Cardiac Monitoring industry. Specifically selling Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT), Event Monitoring, & Holter Services.
• Proven ability to navigate a medical environment such as a physician's office, clinic, or hospital.
• Experience selling a service-based solution to customers.
• Documented history and relationship with key decision-makers within the cardiac monitoring space.

Job Requirements

• This sales representative will be responsible for growing sales within a specific geographic territory.
• Meet or exceed annual revenue targets and growth quotas.
• Develop an annual business plan with quarterly revisions to ensure proper targeting, strategy, and growth.
• Develop & enhance relationships in accounts as well as internally to grow market share while resolving any service issues to ensure customers' complete satisfaction.

Compensation Information

• Base Salary: commensurate with experience
• Variable commission is paid at 6% - 10% of revenue
• First-year anticipated $180k+
• Top earning potential $350k+
• Other:

  • Car allowance $400/month
  • Other business expenses (gas, lunches, etc.)
