What we need:

Brady Corporation is seeking a District Sales Manager to own and manage our L&E Water and Amusement Park industry. You will be working with water parks and amusement parks throughout the US and responsible for managing current key accounts, identifying and closing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and expanding PDC's presence within this industry. You will sell a mix of custom solutions based on the clients business needs with PDC's products (wristbands, RFID, kiosks, badges and other identification consumables.) You will collaborate with the Sales Engineer and Product Manager to develop strategies to target key accounts.

  • Maintain business in existing accounts, as well as, generate new business in existing accounts and with prospective customers.
  • Nurture, expand and grow PDC's relationships within the water and amusement park industry.
  • Consult with customers at all levels within the account vertical. Present and communicate at all levels including committees, C-Suite level, Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers, Supervisors and all end users., Explore and uncover current business needs and how PDC will assist through "complete, one-stop solutions" with our product offerings.
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify and engage new Distributor Channel Partners.
  • Create business plans and forecast sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Partner with the internal product management team to proactively support product road maps and increase sales volume.
  • Regular onsite visits to prospective customers as well as existing clients to strengthen relationships, resolve problems and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Obviously, meet or exceed quota through consistent new business attainment.
