Description:
We are currently seeking Territory Managers for Golf. These individuals will be responsible for selling Mizuno Golf products and creating impactful sales and distribution growth within their respective territories.
Based in: Tennessee / Alabama (Candidate should live in Birmingham, AL preferred, or Nashville, TN)

Current valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a driver's license for the state the rep will be based
Must travel 80% of the time throughout multi-state territory for extended periods of time

Salary for this one is $24,000, but overall expected compensation is higher with commission making this one closer to $100-110k.

- Clean driving record and insurable by Mizuno insurance as well as employee's own insurance
- Agree to purchase and maintain auto insurance at your cost keeping $300,000 liability combined single limit for property damage (PD) and bodily injury (BI)
Must travel 80% of the time throughout multi-state territory for extended periods of time
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 - 5 years outside sales experience
- High-level computer skills required in Microsoft Office software as well as familiarity in Oracle JD Edwards
- Extensive club fitting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude & pleasant personality
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to pay particular attention to detail
- Relocation may be required
- Self starter

- Abide by and embrace the Mizuno brand culture.
- Achieve budgeted annual territory sales goals to include: total sales volume, product category sales objectives and distribution goals to be mutually developed and agreed upon with sales management
- Responsible and accountable for improving Mizuno brand awareness and sell-thru in their territory by working closely with all of targeted Mizuno retailers to create a high level of Customer interest for the Mizuno Brand and our products
- Schedule, manage, and attend the required number of demo days, as determined by the Regional Manager.
- Support Strategic and Key account in-store activations and events as required.
- Must manage all the logistics of working in the field and maintaining a rigorous and effective schedule for their territory including setting a monthly/weekly travel schedule per the expectations listed in basic qualification
- Develop and execute strategic coverage by sell through programs reflecting different account merchandising and promotional venues
- To Build a brand ambassador staff program to promote and sell the Mizuno brand through the influential PGA Pro's in each territory
- Build sales and market share of the company's golf products
- Provide product education to green grass and off course retailers and assist in improving product merchandising and brand visibility within all territory in a consistent and on-going basis
- Work in conjunction with Regional Managers to insure Strategic and Key account sales and marketing programs are implemented and executed within all store locations within your territory
- Assist sales and marketing management in product line development through: collection and submission of market research and competitive data, participation on steering committees, and/or procurement of market information as requested by management
- To follow all company policies and procedures
- To treat all Mizuno employees as well as customer with respect
- Effectively use and manage the allocated Travel & Expense and Promotional budgets.
- Complete and submit sales activity reports and expense vouchers to sales management on a weekly basis
- Develop and execute account plans including establishment of specific distribution, merchandising and promotional efforts
