Role Summary
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for selling goods to wholesalers and/or dealers that make up our customer base within their assigned territory and to grow Custom Window Systems sales and presence within the assigned territory.

Knowledge of company products and services
Qualify opportunities, recommend solutions, and close sales
Monitor and report on market and competitive activities
Conduct phone call and face-to-face sale follow ups
Analyze territory sales performance reports and develop strategic plans to support growth
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
Perform other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned
Technical Skills or Certifications Required
Work independently with limited training and supervision
Solid computer skills and time management/prioritization skills
Strong oral and written presentation skills
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
Specialist areas of experience preferred:
Minimum two years of sales or service experience
