OUTSIDE SALES PROFESSIONAL ($70,000 GUARANTEED FIRST YEAR INCOME + COMMISSIONS)
We are looking for a top-notch Outside Sales Professional with experience in storage container rentals and sales, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment rental. This person will work a sales territory to help with the commercial sales or leasing of Conex storage containers and offices. You're working within a protected territory and being fed leads from inside reps who are helping you to close deals with clients. Our commission structure is aggressive, and the demand for our services is growing quickly. We need you to help to support and grow our constantly expanding client base.

We are looking for a top-notch Outside Sales Professional with experience in storage container rentals and sales, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment rental. This person will work a sales territory to help with the commercial sales or leasing of Conex storage containers and offices. You're working within a protected territory and being fed leads from inside reps who are helping you to close deals with clients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct a high volume of in-person visits to potential clients to generate new business and secure sales.
- Schedule and attend in-person meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Present and sell the company's products and services to new customers.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries during meetings.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep clients informed about new developments.
- Accurately document sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) and generate reports.
- Identify competitors in the field and their customer base.
- Act as the field representative for the inside sales team, supporting them on job sites and in the office.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth in the assigned territory.
- Record all sales activities and interactions in HubSpot.
- Close sales directly with prospects and assign an account manager when necessary.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints about their experience with the company.
- Represent and promote the company's brand at public events and industry associations.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Skills Needed for Success:

- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge in Dodge, Bluebook, and Micro Soft Products
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years' experience in rental equipment, construction equipment sales, or related fields.
- Ideally, a degree in business management, business administration, or a related discipline from a four-year college or university.
- Non-degree credentials such as certified sales training and prior outside sales experience are also valuable.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of industry tools such as Dodge, Blue Book, and Construction Connect.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in English is required; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to travel daily within your territory and attend public events or industry meetings.
