2HB Incorporated is seeking an Test Engineer in order to support its government customer based in Chantilly, Virginia starting in August.
Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automated testing. Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in writing and executing manual test cases and test scenarios. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium or Win App Hands-on experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java, Node, or JavaScript. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester). Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or Git CI/CD. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Understanding of web technologies (HTML, Java, JavaScript) and web application architectures. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
