Test Equipment Engineer:

• Manages service, repair, and overall maintenance tasks for aerospace products or parts to ensure the efficiency and reliability of aerospace systems.
• Oversees and schedules maintenance tasks to delegate workflow and ensure timely completion.
• Reviews records of services and procedures performed to ensure routine inspection of aerospace components.
• Adheres and train other engineers on policies and procedures to ensure maintenance activities are in compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Researches technical handbooks and requirements to recommend tools and procedures to test equipment and ensure calibration.
• Tests general maintenance and repair work to evaluate and validate quality and troubleshoots and diagnoses complex issues.
• Equip team members with the knowledge and skills to excel in their daily duties.
• Foster team members' competency through hands-on training in their routine job responsibilities.
• Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
• Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
• Extensive knowledge of Navigation Systems and Rate Table functionality highly desired.
