Banking industry experience
The Testing Manager must have 10+ years of experience in software testing within the banking industry. Experience in private banking and wealth management is also required. Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 is considered a plus.
Test management tools expertise
Strong knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA and Xray is required. The candidate must be able to use these tools to track test cases, defects, and progress reports, as well as support their implementation and train business users on their day-to-day use.
UAT and SIT coordination
For UAT and SIT coordination, the Testing Manager will work closely with business users to define UAT objectives and criteria. They will oversee the execution of test cases, support business users and testers during the execution, and analyze test results. The Testing Manager will coordinate UAT activities, ensuring users are properly engaged and trained.
