Job Title: Therapist
Job Specialty: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-hour day shift, 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Tuesday - Saturday
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
License: NV license required
Certifications: OTR and BLS required
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree from an A.O.T.A. accredited school
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Agreeable to work with behavioral health patients
Job Description:
- As a member of an interdisciplinary team, provide quality occupational therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning, and administration of treatment to all patients.
- Perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral.
- Develop comprehensive age-appropriate plans of care based on findings following occupational therapy evaluation.
- Accurately and appropriately document patient treatment.
- Respond effectively to new and changing work assignments.
