Job Description
Job Title: Home Health Occupational Therapist

Job Specialty: Home Health Therapy/Rehabilitation

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day shift, 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM)

Guaranteed Hours:

Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required
- Experience with OASIS and Point Care/ HCHB required

License: California license in hand

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have:
- Experience with Home Health Care
- Willingness to discuss on-call availability during the interview
- Open to travel within a 50-mile radius from the hub/office
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

Job Description:
- Responsible for seeing an average of 5-7 patients per day in a home health setting
- Accumulate 20-24 points weekly
- Handle various types of home health cases
- Mileage reimbursed according to IRS standard rate between patient homes (does not include travel time to/from home)
- Locals are accepted at the travel rate
- Must be open to occasional on-call rotations, to be discussed during the interview
