Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health

Experience: Minimum 1 year Home Health experience required
License: CA License in hand
Certifications: BLS required
Must-Have: Oasis and HCHB experience required
Description:
Physical Therapist position in Home Health field.
Average number of patients per day is 5-7.
Types of cases involve geriatric care.
First-time applicants are welcome.
On-call requirements will be discussed during the interview.
Position covers a 50-mile radius from the office.
Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate between patient homes.
Locals are accepted at the travel rate.
Pending licenses are not accepted.
Required experience in Home Health and Hospice.
Oasis experience is mandatory.
HCHB experience is also required.
BLS certification is required.
Mileage reimbursement does not include drive time to or from home.
