Third-Party Manufacturing Sr Manager
This position is responsible for ensuring the seamless integration and management of third-party manufacturing partners, maintaining high production standards, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Third-Party Manufacturing Senior Manager will have extensive experience in beverage manufacturing, strong technical experience, and a proven track record in managing large scale processes and projects.
Ideal candidate would reside within striking distance of one of our major breweries, Fort Collins, CO, Asheville, NC, Kalamazoo, MI, or Daleville, VA.

Starting Salary Range: $80,000 - $112,000.00

Essential Duties:
- Manage and oversee all third-party manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with New Belgium Brewing's standards and objectives.
- Work closely with Logistics, Procurement, and Recipe Development teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. Monitor and manage production standards at third-party manufacturing sites, including losses, downtime, and yield reporting.
- Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with beverage quality standards, including TTB and FDA requirements. Conduct regular facility audits to maintain high-quality production.
- Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues. An advanced degree in a related field is desirable.
- Demonstrate strong ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards. (As needed and not a primary role of the job).
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/ Experience/Skills:
- Requires 10+ years of beverage manufacturing, covering all aspects from material to packaging.
- 5+ years' experience managing large scale projects.
- Strong technical expertise with an advanced degree in a related field preferred.
- In-depth understanding of beverage quality standards and regulatory requirements (TTB vs. FDA).
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and independently.
- Experience in conducting facility audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
