Your role:

The Neurology & Immunology Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) engages Key Thought Leaders at Multiple Sclerosis centers and academic institutions, focusing on driving MAVENCLAD results in the Tri-State region. As a product expert, the TLL develops strategies to enhance EMD Serono's reputation in the MS and neurology fields, serving as the main contact for internal and external customers. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, building relationships with Key Thought Leaders, and delivering exceptional service for Mavenclad.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate clinical relationships with the MS/Neurology community, focusing on unmet needs.

Achieve regional sales goals using a clinical selling approach.

Grow Mavenclad within the region.

Coordinate account plans with cross-functional teams to enhance clinical outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Conduct data analysis to inform business strategies.

Develop plans to position EMD Serono as the primary MS solutions partner.

Implement professional education programs and leverage virtual selling tools.

Provide input on speaker selections and conduct training sessions.

Maintain knowledge of industry trends and product market access.

Demonstrate professionalism, compliance, and integrity in all activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or science; advanced degree preferred.

8 or more years of experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles in healthcare.

Proven ability to build relationships in the MS and neurology markets.

Experience leading account teams and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel up to 80% and maintain a valid driver's license.

Pay range for this position: $79,000 - $200,000

Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data. Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors.
