Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze ticket sales and revenue data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the ticketing, marketing, and sales teams to execute revenue strategies and campaigns.
  • Generate actionable insights from sales data to inform ticketing strategies, including dynamic pricing, promotions, and discounting.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership on sales performance and revenue optimization efforts.
  • Identify and implement creative solutions to achieve revenue goals.
  • Act as a key liaison between the ticketing team, marketing, and other internal departments to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in ticketing, revenue management, or sales analysis, ideally within the live entertainment industry (Broadway experience a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic recommendations.
  • Experience and general understanding of how ticketing systems operate.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skill.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in with Excel

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with Broadway or performing arts ticketing processes.
  • Strong knowledge of competitor analysis and market trends in the entertainment industry.
