Description:

An established eCommerce brand is looking for a skilled TikTok Shop Brand Manager to oversee the brand's presence on TikTok, focusing on both paid and organic growth strategies. This role will involve managing product listings, developing ad campaigns, leading affiliate and influencer programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Responsibilities Include:
  • TikTok Shop Management:
    • Oversee the full product catalog and ensure compliance with TikTok's platform policies.
    • Guide assistants handling listings, product uploads, and daily shop operations.
  • Ad Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and lead paid campaign strategies (Spark Ads, In-Feed Ads, promotions).
    • Analyze performance metrics and implement optimizations to increase ROI.
    • Own bundling and pricing strategies to drive conversions and average order value (AOV).
    • Plan and execute promotions, flash deals, and limited-time offers.
    • Create and test new product configurations like multipacks and bundles.
  • Affiliate & Influencer Programs:
    • Identify top creators and affiliates for partnerships and live shopping.
    • Oversee negotiations, outreach strategy, and ongoing performance tracking.
    • Ensure content and collaborations align with brand goals.
  • Organic Growth Strategy:
    • Lead high-level content and posting strategies to increase organic reach.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content is trend-aligned and optimized.
    • Stay up to date on TikTok trends, tools, and features to drive engagement.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Manage a team of 2+ assistants focused on operations and partnerships.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and design teams.
    • Report on KPIs and growth opportunities to senior leadership.


Ideal Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in social media, eCommerce, or digital marketing.
  • Proven results growing a brand or store through TikTok (both paid and organic strategies).
  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop operations and strategy.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads, Spark Ads, and creator collaborations.
  • Strong communication, analytics, and project management skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in supplements, wellness, or consumer health.
