About the Team
As part of the Global Product Solutions & Operations team, you will lead market research, identify product opportunities, and build go-to-market strategies for TikTok's eCommerce products. You will support the end-to-end product journey, from product development to testing, launching, and adoption, and shaping the future of TikTok's eCommerce products.

Responsibilities:
1. Research and analyze internal and external data, deeply understand customer needs regarding retail products, define and maintain signals and standards for the strategic key product pool.
2. Define product evaluation standards from the perspective of customers and the platform, regularly evaluate key products such as DirectToCustomer products and Best Sellers, summarize the key competitive attributes of products, and clarify the problems and opportunities of the platform's supply strategy.
3. Manage the platform's traffic resources to achieve the goal of TikTok product incubation. Coordinate and support all the industries (Tiktok Full Service, cross-border, and local merchants), including corresponding training, product pool maintenance, product nomination, case investigation, etc., and sort out corresponding business needs to improve and launch related products.
4. Based on the business needs of merchant operation and product incubation, define the requirements for traffic mechanisms and related tools, and cooperate with the Product team to build tools for operations, merchants, and debugging, improving the overall merchandise operational efficiency.
5. Collaborate with Merchant Product, Merchandise Product, and Industry Operations to help the merchant side understand platform rules and growth attributes, including point-to-point operation of large merchants and productionalize traction of self-service merchants, to improve the quality of goods supplied by the platform.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Work experience with a solid understanding of e-commerce business and good insight into user needs and behavior.
2. Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to drive initiatives independently. You should be able to manage regular project follow-ups and reviews. Strong logical and analytical abilities, with a focus on turning both quantitative and qualitative data into actionable solutions.
3. Resilience, self-motivation, and responsibility, with a passion for tackling challenges and striving for excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in industries such as e-commerce, live streaming, commercial advertising, or machine learning.
2. Experience in content understanding, as well as familiarity with content recognition technologies and recommendation/search techniques (e.g., NLP/AI-related), is highly desirable.
3. Language Requirements: Proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
