The leader in title agency partnering since 2008, is seeking an experienced title-producer sales representative with a book of business to join our firm
You will be responsible for generating real estate closing business in any state where company is licensed, which is: AL, DC, FL, MD, PA, TN, VA
Company currently supports over 50 title attorneys and settlement agents who live and work in seven states. We process both residential and commercial closings
The ideal candidate must be articulate, positive, and comfortable dealing with real estate agents, loan officers, builders and investors. Also, supportive of the processing and post-closing staff with whom they work

- The most generous option is a straight-commission percentage based upon the volume of cases you close
- For those who require a more secure option, company pays a guaranteed minimum wage plus a generous commission split on cases your close
