Toyota Internet Sales Manager

As the Internet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving online lead generation, maximizing conversion rates, managing the internet sales team, and ensuring an exceptional digital-to-showroom customer experience that aligns with Toyota's brand standards.

Your mission: convert online traffic into loyal, satisfied customers, while continuously optimizing processes and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective internet sales strategies to increase lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
• Train, coach, and mentor the internet sales team to consistently achieve sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer communications across email, phone, chat, and text platforms to ensure a unified brand voice.
• Build strong working relationships with the in-store sales management team to ensure smooth customer handoffs.
• Stay informed on market trends, Toyota product updates, digital retail innovations, and competitor activity.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of automotive internet sales leadership experience, preferably with Toyota or other major brands.
• Proven success in building and managing high-performance sales teams.
• Expertise in digital marketing tactics, online lead management, and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Highly analytical with experience in performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
