Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose issues related to commercial and industrial doors, locks, and gate systems in an office setting.
Review and analyze quotes, proposals, and service reports to ensure accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
Provide technical guidance to the field team and assist in troubleshooting challenges.
Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices, new products, and industry standards.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to evaluate product offerings and ensure high-quality service.
Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations, including ADA and fire code requirements.
Maintain accurate records of service reports, vendor interactions, and internal documentation.
Offer recommendations for system upgrades or improvements based on industry trends and needs.

Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in locksmithing, carpentry, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in door, lock, and gate systems.
Proficiency with mechanical and electronic locking systems, including keyless entry and access control systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills for reviewing quotes and service reports.
Proficiency with computer systems and software related to security and facility management.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
