Direct Counsel is seeking a non-partnership track attorney to join a premier Intellectual Property practice with a focus on Trademark, Copyright, Advertising, and Media (T-CAM).
This hybrid role is ideal for an attorney with at least two years of experience in trademark enforcement and prosecution who is seeking steady work, autonomy, and flexibility-without the pressure of business development. The team is collaborative and nationally recognized for its deep expertise across IP, brand protection, and advertising law.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $185,000, depending on experience, location, and other relevant factors. This role includes a full benefits package, including discretionary and productivity bonuses, health and life insurance, disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
