About the Role
A leading telecommunications company is modernizing its networks to support groundbreaking products and technologies. As a Trainer - Network Trunk Provisioning (NTP), you will play a key role in educating team members on both existing TDM switch infrastructure and emerging switch technologies, such as Ribbon C20/G6/G6. You will ensure that NTP team members receive thorough training on systems, processes, and equipment, enabling them to effectively build, test, and activate DS0 trunking networks.

You will ensure that NTP team members receive thorough training on systems, processes, and equipment, enabling them to effectively build, test, and activate DS0 trunking networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on switch equipment and NTP processes.
- Track and facilitate training programs for new NTP team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine training content.
- Support the modernization of network infrastructure by educating teams on new technologies.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong knowledge of voice switching networks and technologies (Nortel DMS, Client 5ESS, Siemens, Ribbon G6/C20).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to train internal teams on the build, test, and activation of T1s and DS0s.
- Proficiency in systems such as Access Client, WFA, TIRKs, and BDMS.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience training teams in network trunk provisioning or telecommunications.
- Familiarity with emerging switch technologies and network modernization initiatives.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or
- Five years of experience in switching, transport, and NTP processes and procedures.

- Shift: Day shift, with flexibility for off-shift activities.
