Description:

The Training and Compliance Manager is responsible for the management and development of operations, sales and administration for the company's Training department. Responsibilities include directly selling to company's customers and prospects, scheduling, billing, and managing all training revenue, and working with operations across all company locations to grow training revenue.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Assume full profit and loss accountability for the training department
  • Direct selling to current customers and prospects in all company locations/markets to grow training revenue
  • Manage training class renewals and ensure customer compliance with renewal dates
  • Educate our service and sales departments on identifying leads and closing business
  • Work with Marketing Department to campaign and identify targets and seed customers and prospects
  • Select training subcontractors, negotiate pricing, and build relationships with a strong network of subcontractors
  • Schedule training and manage billing and invoicing of all training
  • Support AED inspection excellence and compliance


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3 or more years of experience in the B2B Facility Services or Distribution industry
  • 2 or more years of experience in Outside Sales
  • Strong marketing and sales strategy development experience
  • Working knowledge of safety distribution industry
  • Ability to set and meet aggressive commitments to achieve business objectives
  • Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-paced business environment
  • Ability to manage and lead staff to excellent performance
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships and possess a strong and positive track record of growth within a market
