Help Duties * You will deliver graduate-level synchronous and asynchronous SCTD education and training to prepare senior military members for the highly complex and broad field of Security Cooperation planning and advising Foreign Security Forces. * You will ensure the learning environment is safe and conducive to promoting the transfer of learning and education. * You will develop original lesson plans to provide continuity, and to be fully prepared to facilitate the successful education of learners. * You will facilitate the design, development, and implementation phases of the Marine Corps Instructional Systems Design/Systems Approach to Training and Education * You will monitor curricula to ensure compliance with Security Cooperation training and readiness standards and higher headquarters policy and provides expert educational knowledge regarding aforementioned standards and policies. * You will assist with maintaining student and instructor records, schedule of classes, registrar functions, review of resources, data and personnel, curriculum/course, and institutional certifications. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing training instruction, curriculum management/development relating to security cooperation activities, programs, and authorities, and providing academic support.
