We are seeking an experienced and dynamic execution leader with a robust background in the insurance industry to drive program management, data analysis, process improvement, and change management initiatives across the enterprise. This role demands a strategic, influential leader with a proven ability to engage with senior executives, deliver high-impact projects, analyzing critical business data, improve operational processes, and ensure smooth transitions during cross-functional change implementations.

What will youressential responsibilities include?
Program Management:
- Lead end-to-end program management, from planning and initiation through execution and closure, ensuring multiple initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans, manage project milestones, and track progress against objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, coordinating with stakeholders across departments to align project goals with business priorities.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Process Improvement:
- Assess current processes and workflows across teams to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement within the organization.
- Design and implement process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction across the value chain.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies to drive process optimization and standardization.
- Monitor the effectiveness of process changes and adjust as needed for continuous improvement.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategic direction.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making and measure project outcomes.
- Utilize data to identify trends, forecast impacts, and recommend improvements to enhance business performance.
- Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Change Management:
- Develop and execute change management plans across the Program to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational changes.
- Engage with senior leaders, project teams and impacted stakeholders to understand the impact of changes and develop strategies to minimize disruption.
- Communicate change initiatives effectively, providing training and support to ensure smooth transitions.
- Measure the success of change management efforts and make data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness.
You will report to the Head of Operations Performance Improvement & Transformation.

- Bachelors degree in business, Insurance, Data Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in the insurance industry with a focus on project management, data analysis, process improvement, and change management.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Robust understanding of insurance operations, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
- High attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Leadership skills with a collaborative approach to team building and stakeholder management.
- Robust understanding of insurance operations, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Lean Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement certification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

The U.S. pay range for this position is USD 104,000 182,000. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individuals skills, experience, and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues pay.
