Router Upgrades & Consolidation

Router Aggregation & Re-IP Configuration
Legacy Router Upgrades
Router Upgrades & Consolidation
- Upgrade existing ASR 1002 and ASR 920 routers to Ciena 5164 or Cisco 540 routers.
- Perform ENSE fiber conversion, transitioning from third-party providers to a single fiber network.
- Decommission a site connection and relocate operations to a new facility.
Network Infrastructure Enhancements
- Consolidate switch operations for improved efficiency.
- Maintain and optimize current 100Gbps ATT and Spectrum fiber connections.
- Require previous Verizon experience on Transport processes.
Router Aggregation & Re-IP Configuration
- Implement router aggregation, re-IP existing networks, and modify P40 routers.
- Develop and deploy scripts for VLAN and IP modifications while rerouting equipment.
Legacy Router Upgrades
- Upgrade 9K legacy routers to ENF routers such as 55A1, supporting access leaves and border leaves.
- Configure CQ, update scripts, and modify IP and VLAN settings.
- Implement dual homing and backhaul for redundancy and efficiency.
