Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist/Operating Room Technologist - First Assist

Job Specialty: First Assist

Must-Have:
- Robotic experience
- Orthopedic experience

Job Description:
- Work in an operating room with 16 beds.
- Collaborate with a team of Registered Nurses, Surgical Assistants, and Surgical Technologists.
- Day shift involves 16 RN, 16 SA, and 16 surgical techs; evening shift is tapered.
- Handle various types of equipment including robotics, neurosurgery, general, plastics, urology, and orthopedic equipment.
- Operate within an electronic medical record system.
- Participate in a call rotation averaging 2 call shifts per week, including weekday nights and weekends.
- Hospital-provided scrubs must be worn according to the dress code.
- Exhibit a team-player mentality and contribute to a cohesive work environment.

Note: The position does not involve transplant and cardiac surgery procedures.
