Job Description:
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatments
- Collaborate effectively with a large therapy team in a complex acute care environment
- Ability to work independently with little oversight; high accountability
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability and flexibility, given the nature of practice in acute care
- Engage with the interdisciplinary team to plan individualized care for patients
- Work with a diverse group of diagnosis in a highly collaborative setting
- Enjoy autonomy in patient care planning and flexible scheduling options
