Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist/Operating Room Technician
Job Specialty: First Assist

Must-Have:
- Robotic experience
- Ortho experience
- Neuro/spine experience
Job Description:
- Work in a unit with 16 operating rooms.
- Collaborate with a team consisting of one RN, Surgical Assistant, and Surgical Technician per OR room during day shifts.
- Evening shifts taper to fewer teams with call rotations starting in the early afternoon.
- Manage patient ratios of 1-1, ensuring individualized attention during procedures.
- Utilize a range of OR equipment including robotics, neurosurgery tools, general surgical instruments, plastics, urology, and orthopedic equipment.
- Use the EMR system Meditech for documentation and patient management.
- Perform a variety of procedures, excluding transplant and cardiac surgery.
- Be a team player to fit well within the unit's collaborative environment.
- Participate in call rotations, averaging 2 call shifts per week, which may include weekday nights and weekends.
- Hospital provides scrubs as part of the dress code.
Note: This role does not require floating to other areas.
