Job Title: Echo Technician
Job Specialty: Radiology
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 4 ten-hour shifts (7:00 AM-5:30 PM) or 5 eight-hour shifts (8:00 AM-4:30 PM), with possible occasional weekends and on-call duty.
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
Experience: Minimum of 2 years
License: NH Board of Medical Imaging Licensure
Certifications: RDCS, RCS, BLS
Must-Have:
- RDCS or RCS certification
Job Description:
- Perform various echocardiography procedures, including Echo, Stress Echo, Transesophageal Echo, Contrast Echo, and Echo with Bubble Studies.
- Utilize Philips Ultrasound and GE Clinical Works EMR Sunrise (Allscripts) for patient care.
- Handle approximately 8-9 echo examinations per day.
- Work within a team comprising a number of staff members, providing care primarily to an adult patient population.
- Comply with the dress code, wearing scrubs.
- Adapt to occasional weekend day shifts and on-call hours.
- Showcase a personality fit conducive to a collaborative and responsive healthcare environment.
