Job Description:

- Deliver exceptional, personalized care to patients in need of post-acute care.
- Collaborate with caregivers and families to provide comprehensive support.
- Work in an 80-bed inpatient facility specializing in acute rehabilitation.
- Provide rehabilitation services for a variety of illnesses, injuries, and conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and amputation.
- Engage in traditional physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
- Participate in specialty rehabilitation programs to offer a full continuum of post-acute rehabilitative care.
- Contribute to the efforts of delivering exceptional care every day.
- Support patients in living their fullest, most rewarding lives.
- Ensure coordination and communication among the caregiving team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
