- The unit consists of 36 beds with a staffing model that includes 1 RN and 1 Social Worker on day shifts.
- Patient ratios are maintained at 1:25 for RNs.
- Responsibilities include discharge planning and patient care progression.
- Effective communication with medical teams is essential.
- Best personality fit includes being open-minded and a go-getter.
- Floating areas may include Med/Surg and ICU departments.
- Dress code is business casual or navy scrubs.
- The schedule includes one weekend a month and rotating holidays.
