Shift: 5x8 06:30-15:00 with call requirements
Guaranteed Hours: To be discussed during the interview
Experience: Experience in Robotics & Neuro required
License: Current RN license or current Compact state license
Certifications: BLS, ACLS from AHA
Must-Have: Experience in Robotics & Neuro; BLS, ACLS certifications
Job Description:
- Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served.
- Ensure quality care is provided efficiently and safely, consistent with standards of care.
- Demonstrate performance consistent with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the organization.
- Exhibit quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice.
- Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect.
- Communicate in a clear and concise manner appropriate to the developmental age of patients.
- Responsible to the Patient Care Director or Manager.
- Exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays.
- Work in a clean, well-lighted, ventilated smoke-free environment.
- Be adaptable to unexpected changes in schedule and emergencies.
- Handle emergency/crisis situations; require standing and walking extensively.
- Requires physical effort for positioning, pushing, and/or transferring patients or equipment.
- Requires reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
- Ability to judge distance and space relationships, see peripherally, and distinguish colors.
- Maintain manual dexterity and fine motor coordination.
