Oversee and direct field projects, ensuring successful execution of one large-scale project or multiple smaller projects.

Primary Function:
Oversee and direct field projects, ensuring successful execution of one large-scale project or multiple smaller projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and staff key field positions in coordination with regional department heads.
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients and key stakeholders to facilitate construction activities.
- Monitor and control construction progress through direct oversight of the on-site Superintendent, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Identify and address potential project risks, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Represent the company in project meetings and assist in labor negotiations and strategic discussions.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts, including fee payments, rental equipment, and budget tracking, while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by corporate executives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in construction, design, finance, and project management within the MEP industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to implement innovative and effective management techniques to enhance team performance.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate and industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Business-minded approach with a strategic focus on project success and financial performance.
- Willingness to travel as needed for project assignments.
