This role is crucial for overseeing electrical projects across various locations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee electrical projects for large residential and solar projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and communicate project status to clients and team members.
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and clients as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in electrical project management, specifically in large residential and solar electrical projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to project sites as required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
