Position Summary:
The Treasury Management Officer will have three primary responsibilities. All responsibilities will be in the support of the Foresight Commercial Group and all Foresight Member Banks. Services shall be defined to include but not limited to treasury services, corporate purchasing card and merchant processing. The first two responsibilities are anticipated to be 70% of allocated time while the final responsibility is anticipated to be 30%. The first responsibility will be the sales, implementation, and training of services for new commercial clients. The second responsibility will be the ongoing review and sales of services for existing commercial clients. The third responsibility will consist of helping to develop the overall treasury strategy for Foresight to include systems, product and third-party arrangements, with immediate emphasis regarding Commercial Procurement Card. This will also include helping to identify and develop third party partnerships.
Primary Responsibilities:
Act as the subject matter expert and the main contact for service relating to Treasury Services. Help to develop a strong treasury sales culture within the Foresight Commercial Group and Member Banks. Responsible for documenting, onboard / implementing, and training on new Services (including Business Online Banking, ACH Processing, Wire Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Merchant Services, and Fraud Prevention Services) for new and existing clients for Foresight Commercial and Member Bank clients. Help develop and execute an ongoing review of services program for all Foresight Commercial and Member Bank clients. After implementation, review customer analysis statements for accuracy to ensure proper fees are being collected. Assists with the development and implementation of new cash management products and services, including the development of third-party relationships. Develops ongoing training programs designed to enhance the cash management product knowledge of all bankers . Maintains regulatory compliance.

Technical: Fluency in Jack Henry, loan platform systems or similar financial industry technology, Microsoft 365 and Office (Teams, Sharepoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of banking products, services, policies, procedures and regulations.
Position Performance Standards:
Meeting targets for new TM service growth as defined annually
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a Business-Related Field or equivalent work experience. Minimum 2 years' experience in Treasury Management or Commercial Procurement Card. Prior Commercial Procurement Card experience strongly preferred. Advanced knowledge of banking regulations and internal controlsmanagement products and services.Understanding of ancillary products; Internet Banking, Voice Response, etc. Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel regionally, as needed.
