Job Responsibilities:
Treasury Product Development:
- Creates strategic vision and innovative ideas for Treasury Products (e.g., Account Reconciliation, Positive Pay, real time payments, payables automation);
- Provides direction and sets priorities for new products and enhancements, including delivery of 1-, 2-, and 3-year product road maps;
- Closes gaps and fosters product innovation, creating recommendations based on research to address market opportunities;
- Maintains broad knowledge of industry trends, competitor products & pricing, and emerging treasury solutions;
- Own all aspects of product launch completes cost/benefit analysis; defines business requirements and partner with risk and compliance to adhere to best practices;
- Collaborates with Commercial Sales team and Branch network, and Treasury Operations to design and execute go to market strategy.
Commercial Treasury Product Oversight:
- Assesses profitability of current product offerings and provides suggestions to optimize growth/profitability;
- Works with Marketing to develop effective communication activities and programs including advertising, events management, product positioning and collateral development for assigned product(s);
- Administers company policies and procedures which affect assigned product(s);
- Provides appropriate guidance partnering with the Treasury Operations team to the sales organization regarding pre-sales and sales efforts;
- Assesses current contracts and vendors to maximize revenue potential;
- Manages pricing of Commercial products;
- Understands and proactively manages risk and compliance for treasury products in partnership with Treasury Operations.
Fintech (Digital) Solutions:
- Reviews existing vendor solutions and new Fintech offerings geared toward creating operational efficiencies and attracting new business segments;
- Advises on product placement, advertising, promotions, and user experience.
- Leads Treasury Product mapping and value proposition for Bank acquisitions while working with the Treasury Operations team;
- Serves as subject matter expert for sales representatives to ensure strong customer service delivery;
- Manages vendor relationships, including working with vendors in negotiating and reviewing contracts.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required;
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) designation(s) preferred;
- 5+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, or a combination of both, with one or a combination of the following: treasury, trade, or payments products;
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills;
- Process management and risk leader with a proven track of bringing organization and efficiency to a highly matrixed organization;
- Leadership presence and ability to champion change across a large organization;
- Understanding of the underlying operational, risk and business processes to be able to continue to execute flawlessly while creating new efficiencies;
- Comprehensive knowledge of Business Deposits Products, Receivables, Disbursements, Cash Vault, Liquidity Solutions, Business Online Banking, and Electronic Payments is strongly preferred;
- Project Management experience with complex, enterprise-wide projects large in scope and complexity is a plus;
