Trial Attorney - Houston

Job Description

In this position, you will help ensure that clients receive top-quality support and achieve positive outcomes. You'll engage with clients to understand their situations, offering thoughtful and understanding guidance. Building trust and maintaining clear communication with clients is key. Additionally, you'll periodically update clients and liaise with relevant parties, including insurance companies, to track the progress of claims and related matters. This is an ideal role for someone who has extensive experience sitting 1st chair in Personal Injury trials.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Full-time availability
  
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution
  
• At least 6 years of experience in legal practice
  
• Experience handling primary responsibility in trials
  
• Current membership in the Texas Bar with good standing
  
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are beneficial
  
• Experience in claim evaluation
  
• Strong negotiation capabilities
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication
  
• Ability to take initiative and approach challenges with creativity
  
• Comfortable working independently in an office setting
  
• Collaborative mindset
